Speedy sales at a scheme of flats in Birmingham city centre has left its developer “blown away”.

Ten of the 14 units at Lighthouse on the southern edge of Masshouse Plaza have already been sold.

The single studio and nine one and two-bedroom units have been bought off-plan.

John Moffat, development director at Nikal, said: “The fact these units have been snapped up so quickly is phenomenal.

“We have been blown away with the reception the apartments have received, just three weeks after formally going on sale.

“We now have just four apartments left , including our stunning three bedroom penthouse, which occupies the entire top floor, a space that really capitalises on the location of Lighthouse, with sweeping panoramic views across Eastside City Park.”

Masshouse Plaza is well-positioned for access to Birmingham’s retail, business and education quarters and is within walking distance of New Street and Moor Street train stations.
