It is a busy weekend for people looking for luxury homes as there are two show houses being launched on developments in Sutton Coldfield and Dorridge.

CALA Homes’ Bennett Drive scheme in Four Oaks, Sutton Coldfield, launches tomorrow.

The professionally-styled show home will give visitors a taste of the living standards in the exclusive collection of four five-bedroom detached properties.

Ranging from 2,701 to 2,947 sq ft in size and priced from £875,000, the houses have been designed in a traditional style in keeping with their affluent location, with contemporary designer interiors for modern living.

The four properties at Bennett Drive will be served by a good range of local services, shops, restaurants and bars in Sutton Coldfield and excellent schools in Four Oaks. Sutton Park is just a short distance away.

The five-bedroom show home at Bushwood Gardens will be open for visitors to explore. House hunters can enjoy the elegant interior design, as well as a chance to view an example of the properties available at the exclusive scheme.

Bushwood Gardens is located on Bushwood Drive and is a collection of just five desirable family homes, with prices starting from £1.1 million.

Homes are expected to appeal to larger families and are ideal for commuters, with Birmingham city centre less than 14 miles from the village and Dorridge train station providing a link to London.

It is CALA’s second luxury development to launch in this popular location in recent months,

Robert Monkman, sales and marketing director for CALA Homes Midlands, said: “We’ve had lots of interest in the properties since we launched our other development, Copper Beech Close, in Dorridge last month and we don’t expect these homes to be available for long.”

In March, CALA acquired luxury developer Banner Homes, which has a long history in the Four Oaks area. Previous successful developments include Belwell Grange, Edge Hill Grove, Hill Village Rise and Royal Park Close.

Dorridge village offers reputable nursery, infant and junior schools. The development is also in close proximity to private schools in Solihull, Warwick and Birmingham. The village has excellent local facilities and services, including a small shopping centre, a supermarket and a variety of restaurants and pubs.
