18 year old stole wooden pallets from Solihull builders merchants

A TEENAGER, who stole pallets from a borough builder’s merchants, has been ordered to carry out 40 hours of unpaid work.

A TEENAGER, who stole pallets from a borough builder’s merchants, has been ordered to carry out 40 hours of unpaid work.

Philip Genockey, 18, of Long Nuke Road, Northfield had stolen several wooden pallets from Travis Perkins Trading Co Ltd on November 29, Solihull Magistrates Court heard.

He was then stopped by police later that day for driving a Ford Transit van without a valid licence and driving without insurance, and arrested.

Genockey was given a 12 month community order, told he must carry out 40 hours of unpaid work and ordered to pay £145 in costs.
