TAKING inspiration from all that is quintessentially British, the latest collection from ‘Damsel in a Dress,’ has just arrived at John Lewis, Solihull.

Focusing firmly on Vintage-inspired placement prints – including an exclusive 1930s Elsa Schiaparelli print – the use of beautiful silks, chiffons, and embellished finishes, gives you a modern, feminine, but contemporary twist to classic patterns and prints.

Catwalk-inspired pieces, fused with Vintage detail, and gorgeous colour palettes of pinks, ice blues, greens, and greys, combine in the Spring/Summer collection from ‘Damsel in a Dress,’ resulting in some truly feminine – yet sophisticated – additions to your wardrobe.

Key pieces this season include the Haywood Dress, which is a late 1950s/early 1960s designer dress, that has been reworked featuring the original print, as well as the return of the iconic Lily Diva Dress, which has been updated in a soft grey and fuchsia pink for Spring/Summer 2011.

A collection of luxury and timeless pieces, ‘Damsel in a Dress’ ensures that every single garment is handmade – giving the quality and finish of couture.
