Anti social behaviour order made against Solihull tenant

A Solihull resident has been given a two year injunction for anti social behaviour and ordered to pay over £3500.

A SOLIHULL resident has been given a two year injunction for anti social behaviour and ordered to pay over £3500.

Mrs Vittoria Stevenson, aged 71, of 29 Gilliver Road, Shirley, appeared before Birmingham County Court on Tuesday 20 July 2010.

The Anti Social Behaviour Injunction was sought for Solihull Community Housing (SCH) after Mrs Stevenson was rude and threatening to her neighbour, resulting in an assault in November 2009.

Mrs Stevenson was ordered not to use or threaten to use violence against her neighbour, any member of their family or visitors.

She was also ordered to pay SCH costs of £3544.95

Mrs Stevenson did not attend the hearing.
