MIDLANDS Air Ambulance is appealing to those who have benefitted from the service to share their stories during the charity’s 20th anniversary celebrations.
Now two decades old, the charity wishes to build an archive of stories from airlift survivors and friends or family to chart its 20 years.
The service began as “Air 5” with one helicopter operating from East Midlands Airport, and now runs three Air Ambulances covering over six-million people across the Midlands.
To mark the occasion, the charity is also hosting a gala dinner at Worcester Warriors RFC stadium, where those who have received Air Ambulance assistance will be present.
If you have a story or would like to attend the gala, call Jason Levy on 0800 840 20 40.
