A YOUTH group that campaigns to tackle issues around bullying in schools and the community has won a prestigious award in recognition of its efforts.

ABBA (Anti-Bullying Behaviour Alliance) group, which is run by Solihull Council and the NSPCC, scooped the Diana Anti-Bullying Award for its hard work and campaigning around the borough during the past year.

Group members, who are aged between 12-18, were praised for their work which included producing a record on CD about bullying.
