STAFF at the Nags Head Harvester in Solihull are raising money for children’s charity Make-A-Wish with a 25 mile bike ride on Tuesday August 11.

The team will cycle from the Wych Way Inn Harvester in Droitwich to the Dog Harvester in Studley and back. In total there are 12 Harvesters in the Midlands taking part in the event.

In addition, specially commissioned Harvester/Make-A-Wish branded trolley tokens and Chuppa Chups lollipops are being sold at the Nags Head. Every purchase is entered into a draw to win a free family meal at the pub and grill.

“We’re aiming to raise at least £7,000 for this fantastic charity, so we’re hoping lots of people will sponsor us when they visit the Nags Head Harvester, and also buy lollipops and trolley tokens,”,said manager Russell Curtis.

Make-A-Wish helps children and young people with life-threatening conditions by granting them one wish.

To sponsor the bike ride visit the Nags Head Harvester or www.justgiving.com/district431.
