A SHELDON schoolboy - who has raised over £500,000 for cancer charities, while battling a brain tumour - is recovering from an eight hour operation.
Courageous Harry Moseley, aged 11, pictured, had to have surgery last Wednesday, after surgeons discovered his tumour had grown.
Mum Georgina has been using Twitter to update his army of followers - now in excess of 22,000 people.
As the Solihull News went to press, Harry was breathing for himself and had left intensive care.
“I’ve been hugging and kissing him all day and his first words are going to be ‘get off me mum’,” said Georgina.
Harry’s celebrity friends, including Dragons’ Den star Duncan Bannatyne, have also sent messages of support.
The brave youngster was diagnosed with the tumour four-years ago, before embarking on an extraordinary fund raising campaign.
His efforts, selling handmade bracelets for cancer charities, saw him named Britain’s Kindest Kid last year.
