Solihull dad, Scott Fitzer, and his friend, Ian Gregory, from Rugby, set off from Gloucestershire on Saturday.

The two-man team, who are sporting some very fetching shower caps, are collecting for Macmillan, The Islay and Jura Sick Children’s Fund, and Dogs for Disabled Children.

Their unusual craft is made from fibre glass, and has real taps, though the plug is a fake.
