2009 La Châsse Chardonnay Viognier, Vin de Pays d’Oc £6.49 Co-op, Waitrose, Asda 50% Chardonnay & 50% Viognier - The fruit is sourced from selected vineyards in the Languedoc. Cool fermentation in stainless steel and 6 months in tank before bottling.
2009 La Châsse Shiraz Grenache Rosé, Vin de Pays d’Oc £6.49 Booths, Asda 50% Shiraz & 50% Grenache - The fruit is sourced from selected vineyards in the Languedoc. The saignée method was used before cool fermentation in stainless steel tanks. There was no malolactic fermentation.
