CONSTRUCTION companies in and around Solihull, are being offered the chance to meet prospective client, Solihull Community Housing (SCH) at a Constructionline event to discuss local work opportunities.
SCH is responsible for the management and maintenance of over 10,000 homes on behalf of Solihull Metropolitan Borough Council.
The event, on March 5 in Kingshurst, will give small and medium-sized companies the opportunity to discuss possible tenders with SCH staff on several upcoming construction projects.
Sharon Wateridge, business development manager from Constructionline, said: “During these financially difficult times, it can be hard for suppliers to get opportunities to work with buyers, especially within their local community. For this reason, it is great to see Solihull Community Housing sourcing local subcontractors.”
