A COUPLE have been fined for not ensuring their 15-year-old daughter attended school.
On July 24 Solihull magistrates heard how, from April 7 to June 11 2008, the girl attended just 29 out of a possible 76 sessions.
Both parents were found guilty in their absence and were fined £200 each, and ordered to pay costs totalling £82.47 plus a £15 victim's surcharge each.
