I WOULD like to thank all the kind people who stopped to help me after the car crash on the Warwick Road in Solihull on July 21, especially the kind lady nurse who contacted my daughter's school to make arrangements for her safe collection.
Also the lady doctor and the kind gentleman who reassured me the car was not on fire but the smoke was coming from the airbags.
It is so heartening to know there are really caring people out there. My car is being written off and I'm on the mend thanks to the excellent paramedic crew.
I would like to say that the double red lines outside Argos are there for a reason - it is such a dangerous place to stop, and working in Solihull we see so many people dropping off passengers who want to nip into the shops.
Please think again before stopping on double red lines even if it is for a few seconds.
