TOUCHWOOD has scooped two national awards for its successful marketing campaigns.

TOUCHWOOD has scooped two national awards for its successful marketing campaigns.

The shopping centre’s innovative ‘Fashmob’ event, which saw 50 wannabe models simultaneously strut their stuff to music at locations throughout the malls and Solihull High Street before going head-to-head on stage, won the Purple Apple Merits Best Event category.

The Best Strategic Overall Integrated Marketing Campaign Merit was also awarded for Touchwood’s 10th anniversary campaign which offered competitions, launch of a Touchwood app and events including free film screenings,

Lucy Burnett, marketing manager at Touchwood, said: “We are absolutely delighted to win two Purple Apple Merits.

Purple Apple Merits are awarded by the British Council of Shopping Centres and recognise the highest standards in shopping centre marketing across the UK.
