PATRIOTIC staff at Midlands Co-op Funeral Service in Solihull will be marking Remembrance Day with two special floral displays.
Green-fingered Funeral Director, Phil Rowberry, ditched his top hat and tails in favour of a trowel and wheelbarrow to create a floral display in the gardens of the Warwick Road Home.
In addition, Funeral Administrator Janet Mabbott adorned the window with an array of red poppies as a "fitting tribute" to fallen soldiers.
Phil said he hoped the display would bring "pleasure" to those who see it. "Anybody who wishes to add their own contribution to the garden with a small wooden cross or poppy in remembrance of a loved-one is more than welcome to do so," he added.
The display will be in place until November 11.
