From Asian flavoured dance to Christian rap, from choral to drum and guitar, the programme will provide an entertaining mix of music, movement and meditation from different traditions. Then the evening will be capped with a buffet of traditional foods.

The Mayor of Solihull, Councillor Ian Courts, who will be attending, said: “During the evening there will be a range of food from around the world, as well as lots of entertainment, providing a great and fun way to find out more about different faiths.”

Gulbag Singh, cohesion specialist at Solihull SUSTAiN, wants to see people from all walks of Solihull life attend the event.

He said: “Everyone is welcome. At a time when events in the world can highlight the divisions between people, this will be an informative and entertaining opportunity for people of diverse backgrounds to come together and celebrate each other’s faith and culture.”
