WITH regard to several of your recent letters, I’m wondering if I should abandon my positive attitude to life.
Taxis, double yellow lines, school run parking, garden grabbing developers and doctors’ surgeries have all received separate comments in your press.
Well, taxis congregate outside my house. My visitors can’t always park because we residents who have yellow lines outside aren’t allowed concessionary permits.
Often I’m unable to walk on our pavement as the huge 4x4s encroach across it. I live beside a derelict building site because the developer has gone bust. Oh and I’m a patient of Yew Tree Medical Centre.
Perhaps I should give them a call to tell them I’m losing the will to live.
