Jobseekers in Solihull are being given the opportunity get a step ahead of the competition at a free careers and skills event in the town centre

Next Step, the adult careers and skills service, is running a free CV workshop at Solihull Central Library, from 2pm until 3.30pm on Tuesday 17 May.

Solihull Libraries and Next Step are organising the event, with the aim of improving people’s confidence in their CV and helping them move into work.

Next Step Adviser, Michelle Butterworth says: “The event is free and a great opportunity for people to find out how to create a winning CV and understand what employers are looking for.”
