A HOMELESS man has appeared at Solihull Magistrates Court charged with outraging public decency.

David Pullen, 71, of no fixed abode, was arrested after he was seen, allegedly exposing himself and carrying out a lewd act in Mell Square, Solihull on the afternoon of Sunday, April 29. Pullen, who denied the charge, was remanded in custody until the trial on June 27.
