FOLLOWING a rigorous evaluation and selection process, the directors at Solihull-based Plum Personnel are celebrating the announcement they have been awarded a framework agreement to provide recruitment services to the NHS.
Plum Personnel is one of a select number of suppliers to be awarded a framework agreement for the supply of both temporary and permanent staff for positions in administration, management, projects and human resources from senior to junior levels to all NHS bodies within the West Midlands.
During the selection process, Plum Personnel was assessed on its capability to meet stringent NHS standards and comply with statutory and legislative requirements.
Julie Whitehouse, a Director at Plum Personnel, said: “We had to show not only our capacity to deliver but we have also had to meet strict quality standards. The contract will run for a period of three years with a possible extension of a further 12 months. The framework will provide the Department of Health and NHS organisations with easy access to a list of pre-qualified suppliers of people with the appropriate commercial skills and talent sought for permanent, contract and temporary roles.”
Co-director Susie Ankrett attributes the company’s achievement to its dedication to provide a consistently high service and added: “We are really looking forward to working on behalf of the NHS.”
