THE Chamber is driving the bid for a strong and stable locally-based private sector business support infrastructure.
The latest report from Lord Heseltine suggests that Chambers are able to provide business support which will revitalise the UK’s economy and Birmingham Chamber is to pilot this initiative. The report suggests we will be the future first stop shop for all businesses.
Solihull Chamber, which is part of the Birmingham one, already provides a package of business support which includes how to raise your business profile through networking and press opportunities; help and support with exports and imports with some funding availability and discounts on commercial services.
We are launching specific industry sector events in the next couple of months, starting with manufacturing and construction.
We hold regular Need2Know events which include staff training and recruitment and dissecting the latest budget.
The next event on how to grow your business in challenging times is on April 16 at Solihull College. It will look at how to market your product or service, how to target those markets and how to find and keep your customers. To book and for more information call 0121 781 7384.
