Missing moggy

REGULARS at a Solihull pub have appealed for help in finding one of their most frequent visitors - Thomas, a blue/grey and white cat who went missing around five weeks ago.

Customers at the Greville Arms in Cornyx Lane are mourning the disappearance of the popular moggy who even had his own chair in the boozer.

Owner Julie Goddard has distributed leaflets locally on the advice of PetSearch. She said: “Thomas is a neutered male about 11 years old and was bred by my brother. He spent a lot of his time at the Greville either in the pub or by the bus stop because he just loves people. He was obviously loved by lots of customers at the pub where he apparently had his own chair.

“I have received many calls from Thomas’s ‘friends’. Some have just asked to be kept informed but one person has been phoning round the animal rescue societies and someone has even set up a help find Thomas website at www.kt5.com/thomas.

“He was quite well known in the area and apparently also had several houses he also visited. I would obviously love to get him back or at least know what has happened to him. We still have his brother who is also missing him.”

Anyone with any information can either call me on 07968775352 or let someone at the Greville know.
