SOLIHULL MP Lorely Burt visited PC PAL’s headquarters in Trinity Park recently to offer her congratulations to the award-winning firm.

PC PAL is a local computer business set up seven years ago by husband-and-wife team Jat and Julia Mann. They were only too pleased to show Mrs Burt around their business and explain some of the secrets of their success.

The PCR 2013 Awards celebrate the success of the entire UK computer retail industry, including big names like Apple, Amazon and Microsoft. PC PAL was recognised for its excellent service and support.

Mrs Burt said, “I was delighted to meet Jat and Julia and see their Solihull entrepreneurial spirit at work. Given the scale of competition their achievement is especially impressive.”

Mr Mann said, “We were only too pleased to show Lorely some of our work. Providing exceptional customer service has always been the inspiration behind our company so it’s great this has been recognised at national level.”
