Neighbour gives pledge to behave

A NUISANCE neighbour from Olton has promised to improve his behaviour.

A NUISANCE neighbour from Olton has promised to improve his behaviour.

Kevin Wright, 50, of Brackleys Way gave a two-year undertaking at Birmingham County Court last Friday to Solihull Community Housing in relation to his behaviour.

The case was brought against Wright after he and his visitors caused a nuisance with drunken behaviour by shouting and using abusive language to neighbours over a 12-month period.

He also allowed visitors to bring in illegal drugs to his block of flats.

Mr Wright agreed to sign an undertaking promising to improve his behaviour.

It included not using abusive words or behaviour and not allowing more than two visitors at a time to his flat.

Mr Wright is bound by these conditions until August 25, 2013.
