POLICE have arrested a man wanted for two Solihull burglaries after he failed to turn up to court.

Richard Mander, 29, from Solihull, was charged with burglary and attempted burglary of a property in Castle Bromwich and a school in Kingshurst on January 26.

Richard Mander, 29, from Solihull, was charged with burglary and attempted burglary of a property in Castle Bromwich and a school in Kingshurst on January 26.

He had been bailed to appear at Solihull Magistrates Court on March 9 but failed to attend sparking a police manhunt.

But on Thursday March 15, Mander was found and arrested and has been remanded in custody until his upcoming committal hearing at the same court.
