PROPOSALS to build three homes on a ‘cramped’ patch of garden land at Ulverley Green Road have been refused.

Coun Glenis Slater (Lib Dem, Elmdon) said the plans were out of character while Coun Alan Martin (Con, Bickenhill) said three houses was “over-egging the pudding”.
