Pupils sleep out to raise money for homeless

SOLIHULL School pupils were so concerned by the plight of homeless people that they swapped the comfort of their bedrooms for sleeping rough.

SOLIHULL School pupils were so concerned by the plight of homeless people that they swapped the comfort of their bedrooms for sleeping rough.

Seventy boys and girls from the lower fifth and 14 of their teachers raised £2,000 for Crisis, the charity for single homeless people, after spending a night on campus with cardboard boxes as their beds.
