A HEALTH boss at Solihull Hospital took on a challenge of a different magnitude when she tackled two previously unscaled mountains.

Claire Molloy, managing director of Solihull Hospital and Community Services, and a small group of climbers were given the honour of registering the climbs and naming the peaks in the Himachal Pradesh range in northern India’s Miya Valley.

Claire said: “It was certainly a challenge – both physically and mentally. “I am glad I did it - to be in a place untouched by humans and to see views that no one has ever seen is pretty special.”
