HAIR today, gone tomorrow... A brave Sheldon man is preparing himself for some hair-raising action for a good cause.

Craig Hitchins will be chopping off his beloved locks so they can be made into hair pieces for underprivileged children suffering from long term hair loss, an initiative from charity Locks for Love.

“I have wanted to have it cut for a while, so I thought why not do something worthwhile with the hair, instead of just throwing it in the bin,” the 23-year-old said. “But I am quite nervous.”

Craig, a supervisor at Cineworld in Solihull, will be having ‘the chop’ as part of a charity fun day at his workplace on Saturday, July 14. To donate, go to www.justgiving.com/Craig-Hitchins
