‘Under the Sea’ is the theme for this year’s annual Summer Ball being organised by Solihull Sustain in partnership with Age UK Solihull at St Johns Hotel, Solihull on Friday July 10.

The night promises to be great fun with The National Sea Life Centre Birmingham adding their support to the evening by providing a ‘touch pool’ containing live sea creatures on the night, and an exclusive auction prize to feed the penguins at the Birmingham centre.

Last year, the event raised £11,500 and all money raised on the night will be used to support the fundraising programme run by Sustain to support Solihull-based charities and community groups, as well as helping Age UK Solihull to continue to provide services to help improve the lives of over 20,000 older people each year in the borough.

This is the fifth year that the ball has been held at St Johns Hotel, who add their support as one of the main sponsors.

Tickets to the event are £40 each or £400 for a table of 10 and include a three course dinner and dancing to ‘Soul Trader’. For tickets contact Age UK Solihull on 0121 704 3361 or call June at Sustain on 0121 711 3148.
