ST Alphege Fayre returns to the borough this month and this year’s event will be extra special as it will coincide with the 1000th anniversary of the saint’s death.

On Saturday April 21, stalls will be set up along the High Street and members of St Alphege Church will reenact their patron’s martyrdom while other events are held at the church and churchyard.
