A PRIMARY school teacher has admitted making almost 150 indecent images of children.

Timothy Davis, 38, of Whitford Drive pleaded guilty to four counts of making the photos.

Davis had been arrested and suspended from his job at Monkspath Junior and Infants School last August.

Entering a guilty plea at Warwick Crown Court last week, he was placed on the sexual offenders’ register.

He was granted conditional bail, prior to being sentenced later this month.

Christopher Davis, a teacher at St Patrick’s CofE School, Earlswood, and Timothy’s older brother, has also been suspended.

The 43-year-old has been charged with seven counts of making indecent photos of children and one count of possessing prohibited images of children.

He will appear at court for a plea hearing next month.

Solihull Council, which has held several meetings with concerned parents, declined to comment.
