Life’s Big Questions – ‘The Survey’ was launched last weekend by Solihull Christadelphians who will over the next two months distribute a questionnaire to 20,000 Solihull households to identify concerns that local people have in relation to global, environmental and everyday life issues.
Easy to understand, the survey takes a couple of minutes to complete and return in the freepost envelope.
Results will be collated and published in August following which further information will be distributed to those respondents who have requested this. A series of talks based around the major concerns identified is also planned and details of these and other events will be released in September.

A perfect vision
WE write to let you know of a nationwide initiative that can have a real impact. Over 180 charities that make and sell goods to give employment to disabled and disadvantaged people have come together under a new banner www.JustBuy.org.uk
We imagine that many of your local readers would be thrilled to know that they can now use this website to look up charities that work in this way in their local area. We call them ‘social firms’. Quite simply, our 180 strong membership is turning ‘buying’ into ‘giving’.
Our members make everything from cup cakes to garden gates.
People can buy products and services from ourselves and the other JustBuy companies knowing that the money they spend just doesn’t buy them the product, it all helps a ‘good cause’’.
