THANK you John Smith for my new title, Bible thumping correspondent (Letters), now that is really cool.
Mr Smith, we are not all doomed to spend eternity being consumed by hell fire, only those of us that don’t believe. We have a choice, God has given us a will of our own. It’s our choice whether we go to heaven or hell.
There are no superstitions or myths, or should I say ghosts or omens. Once you accept Christ into your life you can then build a relationship with God by prayer and reading the Bible, using God’s law as a guide for your life.
Jesus said, “I am the way, the truth and the life, no one comes to the Father except though me” (John 14 v 6). Just before Jesus ascended back up into heaven, he told us he would send the holy spirit to help us.
Mr John Smith, I think Solihull News readers are far more intelligent than you give them credit for, and if I were you I would research more into what you want to say.
