MERIDEN-based telecommunications company Ardencom are aiming high after turnover soared by over a quarter last year.
Ardencom’s investment last year in seven new staff and a new head office in Pall Mall, Westminster, seems to have paid off as the company saw a 26 per cent increase in turnover and improved profitability by 17 per cent.
Managing Director Nigel Walker said: “We are extremely pleased with last year’s results and achievements and are working towards a 40 per cent increase in revenue for 2012. Our new Pall Mall head office facilitates a London presence whilst our administration and support team on the Meriden site, which is close to the main motorway links, gives us a geographical advantage when servicing clients around the country.
“We have a fantastic team working hard to make sure our clients are happy and well looked after and our sales account managers have been busy on new business acquisitions.”
Ardencom’s client list includes Savills, retail giant All Saints and Harrow School, and they have recently taken over the mobile contract for Office Team, providing a total of 560 connections with O2.
Finance Director for Office Team, Andrew Mobbs, said: “The way Ardencom meet customer expectations surpasses anything that we’ve come across in the telecom sector before and the client always comes first.”
Ardencom is planning a further recruitment drive in the next couple of months and are hoping for further growth through optimisation of their online shop and customer billing management portal.
