NATWEST has appointed Wendy Quinney as senior bank manager for the Solihull area.
Wendy will be working with five bank managers in local branches and will ultimately be responsible for more than 58 staff and six branches, including Solihull, Shirley and Knowle amongst others.
As the senior bank manager, Wendy, pictured, who has over 22 years of experience with Natwest, will work closely with her team in ensuring customers receive the financial advice and service they need whilst also making an important contribution to the local community.
She will also be working with her team of MoneySense advisers who have been appointed in some branches to provide, free, impartial financial guidance to everyone, including customers of other banks and people without bank accounts.
Wendy, the former branch manager at Solihull said: “I am really excited about my new role because I will be working with a very experienced team who have a wealth of knowledge of the area and local customer needs.
“I will be working closely with them to ensure that NatWest really is the ‘helpful bank’ at the heart of the local community, delivering the outstanding service our customers want, need and deserve.”
Wendy, is married and has two daughters, gives up some of her time to help local youth groups.
