A SOLIHULL woman who breached her anti-social behaviour injunction seven times in two months, has been handed a suspended prison sentence.

Claire Willoughby, of Avoncroft House, Winchester Drive, was given the interim anti-social behaviour injunction in July.

It ordered the 33 year-old not to harass, threatened or cause annoyance to her neighbours at Avoncroft House, or to cause or permit Scott Swann to enter the property.

However, when she appeared before his Honour Judge Worster, at Birmingham County Court on October 25, Willoughby admitted breaching the order on seven occasions between August and September.

She was sentenced to two months in jail, suspended for 12 months.
