AWARD winning cook Laura Grazia has made it to fourth place of a young chef competition.
The 16-year-old, who regularly contributes to our ‘recipe of the week’ column and runs her own blog, was crowned regional winner of the Springboard Future Chef 2013 competition in February. And after cooking up a mouth watering main course for judges at the finals on March 18, she completed the competition in a respectful fourth place.
“I was a bit disappointed but it was a really good experience to have finally got to the big final in London,” the Knowle youngster told us.
