THE lyrics of the King of Pop helped this super swimmer from Shirley complete a 2.5K swim for Marie Curie Cancer Care.
Reece Harvey, aged six, took part in the challenge on Saturday, April 28 and raised £500 for the charity.
The Woodlands Infant School pupil said: “I was feeling really nervous but I just wanted to do it. When I was in the pool it was quite tiring but I was singing Michael Jackson and Olly Murs in my head.”
Reece completed the swimathon in one hour, 30 minutes and 49 seconds.
