THE Fort Shopping Park in Birmingham is launching a competition to find local shoppers and residents to star in an exciting new advertising campaign later this year.
The ‘Inner Forts’ campaign aims to find out what people love about the Shopping Park by asking them to put down their ‘Forts about The Fort’. Four lucky entrants will be chosen to be photographed for an advertising campaign starting in Summer 2009.
Marjan Horne, centre manager at The Fort Shopping Park, is thrilled to launch the search:
‘We’re really excited about the launch of this campaign. It’ll be great to see what people love about The Fort, whether it’s popping in for a gossip over a coffee, or getting their husband to buy them a pair of exquisite heels! It’ll be great fun looking through the pictures people send in of themselves, and I’m really confident we’ll find some stars.’
The Inner Forts campaign has been split into four categories; Young Couple, Family, Student and Over 50’s and every applicant will be in with a chance of winning a £200 prize and seeing their face up in lights at The Fort.

The closing date for entries will be the end of March, with the four winners announced in April 2009.
