Fitness coach Sam Dovey to get Theo Georgio salon staff into shape

STAFF at a Knowle hairdresser are determined to keep themselves trim.

Salon owner Theo Georgio has called in the services of a fitness coach to put his team through their paces.

Sam Dovey, who is running the boot camps, said: “It’s obviously a different way to keep the staff fit and healthy.”
