Solihull's De Vere Village Hotel wins Birmingham Chamber of Commerce award

THE De Vere Village Hotel and Leisure Club in Solihull won the Excellence in Customer Service Award alongside Birmingham Children’s Hospital at Birmingham Chamber of Commerce’s dinner.

“We are a team of people that genuinely love our job and I think that is reflected in the service we deliver. We call it Great British Hospitality” said Tony Elvin, general manager. “We have won two other awards in the last 12 months for our service delivery and both were voted for by our customers. To be recognised also by the business sector is overwhelming. I am so proud of my team.”
