JET lagged after flying around the world with England Sevens, Bees director of rugby Russell Earnshaw has nevertheless been busy studying Cambridge, the Damson Park outfit’s opposition on Saturday.
“They’re a good side and when they played us here we kicked away an awful lot of possession which they ran back at us.
“Also since then they’ve lost a few players so it promises to be a different game from before.”
Bees are hoping to be at full strength too with the added bonus of having England Sevens winger Simon Hunt back in their ranks.
“He’s recovered from his injury, he’s been training hard and we’re hopeful he’ll be fit,” said Earnshaw, who is available himself, mostly likely in the second row.
Bees currently sit bottom of National League One and a result against Cambridge would be an enormous boost to their hopes of avoiding relegation.
