Knowle and Dorridge held their nerve to snatch a one-wicket win over unbeaten Bart Green in an enthralling contest at Cherry Hill.
The Green looked good value for victory after posting a testing total of 252 for six.
Knowle and Dorridge then slumped to 19 for three but skipper Sam Reddish rescued them with a sparkling 100.
Ben Brookes, with 37 not out, and last man Ben Coley saw Knowle and Dorridge over the line on 255 for nine with nine balls to spare.
Walmley won a remarkable game at Brockhampton where they bowled the hosts out for just 33.
That was after Walmley were in trouble themselves at 29 for five. Skipper Kasir Shah turned matters around with 52 as Walmley recovered to reach 156.
But that was nothing compared to what followed as Brockhampton were blown away by Shozair Ali and Tom Burton. Burton bagged six for 20 from 9.3 overs, while Shozair snapped up four for ten from ten.
Skipper David Ball had a day to remember as Dorridge beat promoted Wolverhampton by eight wickets. Ball claimed five for 17 as Wolves were removed for 166, despite the efforts of Matt Kleinveldt, who scored 74. Ball then made an unbeaten 59, while Mo Ishtiaq kept him company with an unbeaten 73.
Berkswell breezed to a six-wicket win at champions West Bromwich Dartmouth. They dismissed Dartmouth for 162, then survived an early wobble in reply, but former Warwickshire favourite Dominic Ostler, with 57 not out, and wicketkeeper Ollie Haley (61 no), saw their side to 163 for four.
Kidderminster Victoria made it three wins with a 24-run success over Kenilworth Wardens, while Ombersley had a surprisingly easy eight-wicket victory at Shrewsbury.
