Highgate added the Smedley Crooke Challenge Cup to their Division One champions trophy.
Their young and spirited opponents proved no match for a Gate side who dominated the final from start to finish.
The highlight of a one-sided affair was yet another hat-trick for Ricardo Richards.
Tyrone Smith and Danny Rolfe also got on the scoresheet, with Trevor Edwards scoring a first-half own-goal for the visitors.
Gate took a 15th-minute lead when Tom Lacey played a long pass out of defence and Richards crossed to the far post for Smith to score.
Richards opened his account in the 23rd minute, Lei Brown and Josh Hawker combining to slip the ball beyond defenders where Richards was on hand to slot home.
A rare Redditch attack saw them pull a goal back through Edwards’ own-goal, but the two-goal margin was restored on the stroke of half-time. Redditch keeper Ryan Young saved well from Smith but was unable to prevent Richards from drilling home the rebound.
Richards completed his hat-trick in the 78th minute with a 20-yard free-kick, then utility man Rolfe notched his first Highgate goal to complete the scoring.
