HIGHGATE take on Oadby Town tomorrow in a crunch clash at the bottom of the Midland Alliance.
Peter Frain's men will be hoping to rack up back-to-back league wins for the first time this season after Aaron Daniels brace set up an importan victory last week.
The win moved Peter Frain's side four points clear of Oadby and went a long way to restoring confidence in the camp.
After withstanding early Biddulph pressure Highgate found themselves on top with Steve Darlington, and Daniels both testing Phil McGing.
The opening goal was not long in coming and it was loanee striker Luke Keen who set up Daniels to open the scores in the 28th minute.
Keen had two good chances to extend Highgate's lead but the visitors finished the half strongly with both Steve Bennett and Geoff McGann failing to make the most of headers in front of goal.
A cool finish from Daniels in the 68th minute looked to have put the game beyond doubt but Carl Everall set up a grandstand finish with a late consolation goal.
