It’s all change at Knowle FC for next season as Dave Cox has decided to end a distinguished 15-year association with the club.

It’s all change at Knowle FC for next season as Dave Cox has decided to end a distinguished 15-year association with the club.

He was primarily an outstanding goalkeeper but latterly assistant manager to Derek Adamson and the duo won the First Division of the Midland Combination three times in a five-year period.

Cox then went on to manage the side for a further five years with his assistant Jason Hall, who is also taking a break because of work commitments.

Last year’s highly successful reserve team management partnership of Dean Dougherty and Chris Knott are taking over the reins.

If you would like to join the lads for pre-season training ring Chris on 07738 822916.

The reserve team will be managed by Luke Edwards with his assistant Danny Lee.

The over-35 team will be managed once again by Adam Speake, who can be contacted on 07980 818980 if you fancy playing for the Senior Robins.
