Moors Manager Bob Faulkner has already made a number of summer signings.

They include Kidderminster Harriers goalkeeper Jas Singh, Redditch United’s 21 year old midfield player Joe Clarke, strikers Matt West from Hinckley United and Adam Cunnington who scored goals for fun at Midland Alliance champions Barwell last term.

Faulkner has also recruited versatile Romulus player Colm Tiernan.

Busy Faulkner is also running the rule over former Tamworth full back Dominic Langdon and Joe Cobb, who was previously with Wycombe Wanders and Leicester City.

Faulkner confirmed the capture of a proven central defender was still his main priority and claimed:

“I’m not getting too excited at the moment. Our fitness levels were quite good, even though we tired a little, but that was only to be expected against a full-time side who already had a game against West Bromwich Albion under their belt.”

Moors entertain a full strength Doncaster Rovers side this Saturday at Damson Park. There are also friendlies against Burton Albion, Derby County and Birmingham City to follow.

Supporters can obtain a £20 ticket from Moors which covers admission to all their friendlies.
