PAUL Busst will take temporary charge of Highgate tomorrow when they travel to mid-table Shifnal Town.

Last week at Tythe Barn Lane, Highgate refused to let the uncertaintly of manager Peter Frain's future affect them as they recorded their second league victory of the season.

Aaron Daniels broke the deadlock early in the first half but Joseph Cole equalised after the break against the run of play.

Steve Darlington restored their lead in the 54th minute and ten minutes later Chris Gummery unleashed an unstoppable left foot shot high into the roof of the net to put Highgate in control.

Cradley set up a tense finish when Adam Meacham struck with five minutes to go but the hosts held firm to record a much-needed win.
